RS Beauty Pricing

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RS Beauty Pricing mobile application, website, subscription services, school enrollment services, salon referral services, and related features.
RS Beauty Pricing is operated by RS Cosmetology Consulting Co., LLC, doing business as RS Beauty Pricing(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing the app, using the website, subscribing, enrolling through a school, signing up through a salon referral, or using RS Beauty Pricing, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Services
RS Beauty Pricing provides tools to support beauty professionals, students, graduates, and eligible users with service pricing, expense tracking, income planning, business development, customer insights, and related business tools. The app may include:
• Basic Plan features
• Professional Plan features
• Student access features
• Salon referral access features
• Pricing calculators
• Expense tracking tools
• Income planning tools
• Service breakdown tools
• Business performance tools
• Educational or business resources
The RS Beauty Pricing Professional Plan may be made available to students enrolled through participating schools and to licensed professionals who meet eligibility requirements.
2. Eligibility
You may use RS Beauty Pricing only if you can legally agree to these Terms. Access to certain plans, pricing, discounts, features, or benefits may depend on:
• User eligibility
• School enrollment
• Salon affiliation
• Professional license verification
• Payment status
• Company approval
The Company reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, modify, or terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met or if information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, expired, fraudulent, or unauthorized.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or using an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to share, sell, transfer, or allow unauthorized access to your account. If your account is created through a school enrollment, salon referral, QR code, referral code, or designated sign-up method, you must use accurate information and may be required to verify your eligibility.
4. Basic Plan
The Basic Plan may be available to general users and may include core service pricing, expense tracking, foundational business tools, or other features made available by the Company. Basic Plan pricing, features, and availability may be updated from time to time.
5. Professional Plan
The Professional Plan is available only to users who meet eligibility requirements, including licensed beauty professionals, approved students, approved graduates, and other users approved by the Company. The Professional Plan may include advanced pricing calculations, service breakdowns, customer insights, business performance tools, and other professional features. To access or maintain Professional Plan access, you may be required to provide valid professional license verification. This may include:
• License number
• License state
• License expiration date
• Copy or image of your professional license
• Other information reasonably required to confirm eligibility
The Company reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate Professional Plan access if:
• License verification is not provided
• License information is inaccurate, expired, unverifiable, or fraudulent
• The user no longer meets eligibility requirements
• The user violates these Terms
• Payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed
Graduates who enroll in the Professional Plan after a school program may be required to provide a valid state license number and upload a valid copy of their professional license to maintain continued access. Failure to provide valid license verification may result in termination of Professional Plan access.
6. School Student Access
Students may receive access through participating school programs. Schools may provide student enrollment information to the Company for account setup, access management, and program administration. This may include student name, personal email address, program name, program start date and end date, and phone number. Student access may be based on:
• Program start date
• Program end date
• School enrollment status
• Applicable school agreement
• Payment status
• Post-graduation access period
Student access may remain active from the program start date through the program end date, plus an additional 90 days of post-graduation access, depending on the applicable school agreement. If a student withdraws, drops out, or is no longer enrolled, access may be modified or terminated once the Company receives notice from the school.
7. Salon Referral Access
RS Beauty Pricing may offer referral access, QR codes, referral codes, discounted pricing, promotional access, or partnership benefits through participating salons, salon suites, or beauty industry partners. To receive salon referral pricing or benefits, you may be required to:
• Register through the designated referral method
• Use an approved referral code, QR code, or sign-up link
• Verify your affiliation with the salon or participating business
• Meet plan eligibility requirements
• Provide professional license verification, if required
• Maintain an active subscription or payment status

You may not:
• Share referral codes in an unauthorized or misleading way
• Claim salon affiliation you do not have
• Use another person’s license information
• Misrepresent your professional status
• Attempt to obtain discounted or Professional Plan access through false information
• Resell, transfer, or commercially exploit referral access
• Interfere with referral tracking or account eligibility systems
Misuse may result in loss of referral pricing, suspension of app access, termination of your account, cancellation of benefits, or other remedies available to the Company.
9. Payments Through Website and Stripe
RS Beauty Pricing payments may be completed through our website using Stripe. Payments may include individual subscriptions, school invoices, student enrollment payments, salon referral pricing, professional access fees, or other approved charges. By making a payment through our website, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. You authorize Stripe and RS Beauty Pricing to process the applicable payment, invoice, subscription, or transaction. We do not store full credit card numbers on our own systems. Stripe is responsible for processing payment card information and may apply its own terms, privacy policy, security practices, and payment rules. Unless otherwise stated in writing:
• Fees are due at the time of purchase or invoice payment
• Paid fees may be non-refundable
• Access may be delayed, suspended, or terminated if payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or is not received
• Subscription access may continue only while payment and eligibility requirements are satisfied
• School enrollment payments are governed by the applicable school agreement, invoice, or written terms
• Salon referral pricing is subject to Company approval and applicable referral terms
10. No In-App Purchases Statement
Payments for RS Beauty Pricing are processed through our website and/or approved third-party payment providers such as Stripe, where permitted by applicable app store rules. The app itself may be used to access features after payment, enrollment, referral approval, or license verification has been completed. Certain purchases, subscriptions, or digital features may be subject to Apple App Store, Google Play, or other platform payment requirements. The Company reserves the right to modify payment methods, subscription options, or access rules as needed to comply with applicable platform requirements.
11. Subscription Changes, Pricing, and Access
The Company may update pricing, features, plan structures, referral benefits, promotional access, or subscription options from time to time. Changes may apply to future billing periods, new subscriptions, renewals, new referral programs, or new school/salon agreements. Certain plans, discounts, or benefits may be limited to approved users, schools, salons, licensed professionals, or promotional periods.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the app for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Share your account with unauthorized users
• Attempt to copy, reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the app
• Interfere with app security, functionality, or performance
• Upload false, misleading, expired, or unauthorized license information
• Misuse pricing tools or business resources in a way that violates law or third-party rights
• Access Professional Plan features unless you are eligible
• Misrepresent school enrollment, salon affiliation, or professional license status
• Use the app to harass, harm, defraud, or mislead others
13. User Content and Data Entered Into the App
You may enter pricing, business, income planning, expense, service, customer insight, or professional information into the app. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter. You grant us permission to process, store, and use this information as necessary to provide app functionality, support, analytics, account management, eligibility verification, and security. You should not enter sensitive information unless it is necessary for your use of the app.
14. No Legal, Financial, Tax, or Business Guarantee
RS Beauty Pricing provides tools for planning, pricing, income tracking, expense tracking, and business development. The app does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or professional business advice.
Results, projections, pricing suggestions, service calculations, income planning tools, or business performance tools are for informational purposes only. You are responsible for your own:
• Business decisions
• Pricing decisions
• Taxes
• Legal compliance
• Licensing compliance
• Business expenses
• Client relationships
• Professional obligations
We do not guarantee income, profitability, business success, licensing approval, employment, client results, or salon placement.
15. Salon and Independent Professional Relationships
RS Cosmetology Consulting Co., LLC is not responsible for disputes, agreements, employment matters, business outcomes, income results, or working relationships between salons and independent beauty professionals. Salon referral access does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or exclusive relationship between the Company, the salon, and any independent professional.
16. Intellectual Property
The app, website, content, software, designs, branding, pricing tools, educational materials, business methods, text, graphics, logos, workflows, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to the Company. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our app, website, tools, content, or materials without written permission.
17. Platform Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts not to materially reduce core functionality for active enrolled users, but we do not guarantee that every feature will remain available permanently. Platform updates may include changes to functionality, pricing tools, calculations, user experience, security, integrations, design, or backend technology.
18. Third-Party Services
The app and website may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including:
• Stripe
• Webflow
• Mailchimp
• Zapier
• Hosting providers
• Analytics providers
• Email providers
• Security tools
• Database providers
• App development tools
• Backend infrastructure providers
We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, policies, outages, errors, security practices, or actions. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
19. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
• You violate these Terms
• You provide inaccurate, incomplete, expired, fraudulent, or unauthorized information
• You fail to meet eligibility or license verification requirements
• Payment fails, is reversed, disputed, canceled, or not received
• Your school enrollment ends or is withdrawn
• Your salon referral access is revoked or no longer valid
• You misuse referral codes, QR codes, discounts, or partnership benefits
• We determine that access creates legal, security, financial, or business risk
Upon suspension or termination, your access to some or all features may end, and some data may no longer be preserved.

Some information may be retained as required for legal, tax, accounting, payment, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, school enrollment, salon referral, or legitimate business purposes. Deleting your account may result in loss of access to app features, subscription benefits, saved information, referral pricing, Professional Plan access, or school/salon-related access.
21. Privacy
Your use of RS Beauty Pricing is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, website, or services, you consent to the collection, use, sharing, and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
22. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app, website, and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that RS Beauty Pricing will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, or free from defects. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RS Cosmetology Consulting Co., LLC, RS Beauty Pricing, its owner, affiliates, representatives, service providers, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or business outcome losses.
24. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RS Cosmetology Consulting Co., LLC, RS Beauty Pricing, its owner, affiliates, representatives, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to:
• Your use or misuse of the app
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of law or third-party rights
• Information you submit to the app or website
• False, inaccurate, expired, or unauthorized license information
• Misrepresentation of school enrollment, salon affiliation, or professional status
• Misuse of referral codes, QR codes, discounts, or partnership benefits
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users through the app, by email, on our website, or by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of RS Beauty Pricing after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
