RS Beauty Pricing is operated by RS Cosmetology Consulting Co., LLC, doing business as RS Beauty
Pricing(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

A. Account and Contact Information
When you create an account, enroll through a school, sign up through a salon referral, subscribe, complete a website form, or contact us, we may collect:

• School name, if applicable
• Salon name, if applicable
• Program name, if applicable
• Program start date and end date, if applicable
• Subscription or plan status
• Referral code, QR code, or sign-up method used

For students enrolled through a school partnership, the school may provide student information to us, including first name, last name, personal email address, program name, program start date and end date, and phone number.
B. School Enrollment Information
If you are enrolled through a participating school, we may collect and process information related to your school enrollment, including:
• School name
• Program name
• Program start date
• Program end date
• Student enrollment status
• Student access period
We use this information to create or manage student access, confirm eligibility, assign the correct plan, provide support, send account notices, and manage access periods. Student access may remain active from the program start date through the program end date, plus an additional 90 days of post-graduation access, depending on the applicable school agreement.
C. Salon Referral and Affiliation Information
RS Beauty Pricing may partner with salons, salon suites, or other beauty industry businesses to offer referral access, promotional pricing, discounted pricing, or partnership benefits to eligible beauty professionals.
If you sign up through a salon referral code, QR code, referral link, or designated sign-up method, we may collect and process information related to your salon affiliation, including:
• Salon name
• Salon owner and salon contact information, if applicable
• Referral code or QR code used
• Affiliation or participation status
• Plan selection
• Subscription or payment status
• Professional license verification status
• Contact information, such as name, email address, and phone number
We may use this information to confirm referral eligibility, apply approved referral pricing, manage salon partnership participation, verify Professional Plan eligibility, provide app access, provide customer support, track referral activity, and communicate with salons about general partnership performance.
D. Professional License Information
The RS Beauty Pricing Professional Plan may be limited to eligible students, graduates, licensed professionals, and other approved users. To access or maintain Professional Plan access, users may be required to provide:
• State license number
• Address
• License state
• License expiration date
• Copy, image, or upload of a professional license
• License verification status
• Professional eligibility information
Graduates who continue with the Professional Plan may be required to provide a valid state license number and upload a valid copy of their professional license. We use professional license information to verify eligibility, prevent misuse of the Professional Plan, manage account access, and support compliance with our business requirements.
E. App Usage and Business Planning Information
Depending on how you use the app, we may collect information you enter into RS Beauty Pricing, including:

C. Salons and Referral Partners
If you sign up through a participating salon, salon suite, referral code, QR code, or partnership program, we may share limited information with the salon or referral partner for purposes such as:

• Tracking general adoption
• Supporting approved referral pricing
• Confirming eligibility for salon-related access
We do not share full payment card numbers with salons or referral partners.
D. Payment Processors
Payment information may be processed by Stripe or other approved payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our own systems.
E. Legal and Compliance Purposes
We may disclose information when required to comply with law, legal process, court orders, government requests, or to protect our rights, users, business, app, website, or platform.

5. Data Retention

Professional Plan users who do not continue enrollment or provide required license verification may lose access to Professional Plan features, and their data may not be preserved after the applicable access period ends. Some information may be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, payment, school enrollment, salon referral, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information.
However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Even if you unsubscribe from marketing communications, we may still send important account, payment, enrollment, security, legal, or service-related communications.

RS Beauty Pricing is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. If RS Beauty Pricing is used by students under 18, additional student privacy, parental consent, school privacy, and minor-user requirements may apply. We recommend legal review before accepting users under 18.
